Rory James Leech is a theatermaker and creative from the United Kingdom.

His work centers around communal relashionships to popular culture, ability and disability, and the influence of technology on our relashionships to ourselves and others. He is dedicated to presenting non-traditional performances in a variety of mediums, genres, and scales.

He is the founder and artistic director of Misfit Toys Collective, a performance company dedicated to creating art by and for Gen Z. He is also the current lead producer of Riot Act Theater. He has formerly served as an associate producer at the Center for New Performance, where he lead the CNP Podcast; as an associate producer at Lemonada Media, where he produced the award-winning investigative journalism podcast Believe Her, described as a "sensation" by Good Morning America; and as the Associate Artistic Director of Rec Room Arts, where he was involved in the creation of experimental opera, ballet, and drama.

He has been involved in works presented at REDCAT, The Walt Disney Modular Theater, Illusion Magic Lounge, The Elysian Theater, Inner City Arts, Boxxie Studios, Non Plus Ultra, Hollywood Fringe, Rec Room Arts, and The Roy O. Disney Concert Hall.

He was honored as an Arts Advocate by The Dramatists Guild of America in 2017. He is a member of the 2023 Beth Morrison Projects Producers Academy.

He is a graduate of California Institute of the Arts and HSPVA.
